REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel safe and confident when you purchase one of our products, for this reason we offer all our customers a No Risk, 100% Money Back Guarantee.

If you received your Amber Snow Design order and don't absolutely love it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 30 days of the ship date for a refund less shipping (if applicable), to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. (personalised engraved items are excluded unless we have misspelled your order). We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on the card issuing bank. If returning for merchandise credit, an Amber Snow Design store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items received. Please include the the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code.

We are unable to accept returns or issue credits for Amber Snow Design merchandise purchased at retailers other than Amber Snow Design.
